Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Riyadh is seeking a Cost Manager to support our Infrastructure team on a variety of projects, from pre-contract estimating to on-site delivery, helping to turn challenging briefs into clear cost plans.

You should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, aspire to MRICS, and have at least one year of related experience. You will measure works, prepare reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure value and timely information.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Real Estate / Property sector.
• Knowledge of Cost Management / Quantity Surveying.
• Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
• Professional approach and able to add value to the team.
• Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment.
• Willingness to listen and develop skills.

Turner and Townsend are looking to recruit a Cost Manager, to support our Infrastructure teamin Riyadh, working on a varioustypes andsizesof projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site.

Role Overview:

• To support the Cost Management team, taking responsibility for allocated tasks.
• To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients, gain their trust and enhance our reputation.
• To help us ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre-contract to construction completion.

Key Experience and Requirements:

• Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector.
• Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
• Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
• Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team.
• Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment.
• Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills.

Skills Required:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Desire to obtain Professional membership i.e. MRICS.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Knowledge of CostX is an advantage.
