Job summary

Daikin Group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Corporate Legal Manager (Saudi Talent) to act as the primary legal partner for Daikin Saudi Arabia. You will guide commercial contracts, governance, and risk management while collaborating with regional teams to enable sustainable growth and compliance.

The role requires leadership of a small legal team and fluency in English and Arabic. The ideal candidate has extensive in-house experience in a multinational setting, deep knowledge of Saudi

Qualifications

• Master's degree (LL.M.) in Law from a recognized university.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a recognized jurisdiction preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification legal experience, in-house preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations is a must.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop legal professionals.
• Excellent English and Arabic written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Advise on regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters.
• Manage disputes with external counsel and monitor litigation progress.
• Provide proactive legal risk management and practical business guidance.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, sales and operations across the region.
• Lead and develop two direct reports within the Legal Department.
