Job summary

ShieldPro Protection in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Attorney to support our corporate law practice. The role focuses on contract negotiation and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, at least three years of corporate law experience, and fluent English. Arabic skills are a plus; Saudi law knowledge is essential. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
Minimum 3 years of corporate law practice.
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian corporate law.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on legal matters.
Negotiate and draft contracts on behalf of clients.
Represent clients in court proceedings or other legal proceedings.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients.
Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
