Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Assist senior attorneys in client meetings and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with team to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
