Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field.
• At least 3 years of corporate attorney experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
• Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and reviewing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
