Job summary

Rgheeb, in partnership with a leading water solutions and desalination company in Saudi Arabia, seeks a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, water treatment, and O&M, driving operational excellence and sustainable financial performance.

The COO will design multi-year strategy, optimize processes, manage P&L, and lead manufacturing of RO, MED, MSF, and STP systems, while advancing localization and compliance with IKTVA/NCEC standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the water/desalination sector with a minimum of 5 years in a Chief Operating Officer role.
• Proven ability to manage EPC/O&M and specialty chemicals businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory landscape and IKTVA/NCEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to design multi-year corporate strategy leveraging Saudi water needs.
• Oversee manufacturing, water treatment, and O&M to drive EBITDA and CAPEX alignment.
• Lead localization, stakeholder relations, and regulatory compliance across units.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical (Engineering)

MBA (preferred)
