Job summary

Rgheeb is partnering with a leading company in the water solutions and desalination sector to identify a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive leadership team. The COO will oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing, water treatment solutions, and O&M activities, driving operational excellence and optimization of processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or an MBA is strongly preferred.
15+ years in the water/desalination sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a Chief Operating Officer role.
Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi regulatory landscape, procurement laws, and SWCC/NWC standards.
Proven ability to manage EPC/O&M and Specialty Chemicals business units.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing, water treatment solutions, and O&M activities.
Drive operational excellence and lead performance improvement initiatives across all business units.
Shape and execute strategic direction with the CEO and executive team to strengthen market position and financial performance.
Ensure regulatory alignment, HSE standards, and ISO quality across plants and labs.
Lead localization efforts and develop a high-performing team of engineers and professionals.
