Job summary

A leading energy company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Contracts Engineer with a strong background in managing contracts for ARAMCO Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC sector, a relevant Bachelor's Degree, and proficiency in contract management processes. Responsibilities include negotiating contract terms, managing compliance, and handling disputes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and ensure high-quality contract deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer in Oil & Gas EPC sector, preferably on ARAMCO projects.
  • Strong understanding of ARAMCO contractual procedures, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.

About the job Contracts Engineer (ARAMCO Project Experienced)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Contracts Engineer with a strong background in managing contracts on ARAMCO Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of contract management processes, ARAMCO procedures, and EPC project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in compliance with ARAMCO standards and project specifications.
  • Administer and manage the full contract lifecycle, including change orders, claims, and variations.
  • Collaborate with project management, procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with contractual terms.
  • Handle claims, disputes, and risk assessments in coordination with legal and client representatives.
  • Support tendering and bidding processes, including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
  • Track and report contract deliverables, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain proper documentation, correspondence, and records for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Liaise directly with ARAMCO stakeholders and ensure all documentation aligns with client expectations and policies.
