Fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree and prior customer service or sales experience are preferred. The role is contract-based with flexible hours, offering an opportunity to work with diverse clients across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must; additional language proficiency is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, live chat, social media, etc.
• Availability to work on a contract basis with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and professionally to clients’ inquiries and concerns via email, live chat, or phone
• Assisting clients with product inquiries, technical issues, billing inquiries, and other support-related tasks
• Building strong relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance and maintaining a positive attitude
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products or services to clients
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service is delivered
• Providing accurate and timely responses to client inquiries while adhering to company policies and procedures
