Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the contract administration team.
  • Develop and implement contract policies, procedures, and standardized templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Review, analyze, and approve contracts to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of vendor, supplier, and client agreements.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility.
  • Identify and assess potential risks within contracts and recommend mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, procurement, and operations to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and financial obligations.
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics on contract status, performance metrics, and cost savings opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to Saudi Arabian regulations and local business requirements.
  • Resolve contract disputes and manage amendments or modifications as needed.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and organized Contract Admin Lead to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of contract administration, manage a team of contract professionals, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
