Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium technology environment. You will build loyalty, advise on products, demonstrate usage, and actively contribute to meeting store targets.

Fluency in English and the local language is essential, with a proven ability to engage customers, offer bespoke consultations, and drive sales. You will report daily results and help maintain brand-aligned merchandising and stock procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assisted sales environment or service-led environment.
• Previous experience with/in a premium technology brand.
• Fluent in English; local market language essential.
• Track record for creating innovative solutions.
• Be prepared to hit targets.
• Excellent customer-facing and sales skills with adaptable style.
• Confident in giving in-depth bespoke consultations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build loyalty.

• Generate sales and meet line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out at store level and report daily sales.

• Ensure merchandising levels in the store per brand guidelines.
• Ensure stock replenishment and stock receipts per procedures.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form.

What you ll be doing

• Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
• Address customers queries about products prices availability product uses and services
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs provide assistance in satisfying those needs a meeting or surpassing customers expectations
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets using make up knowledge Sell-out target tracking at store level
• Generate daily sales reports
• Participate in achieving incentives
• Track post-launch sales at store level
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines
• Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves counters at appropriate times
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form
• Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures
