Job summary

Chalhoub Group seeks a Senior Brand Associate to drive Retail, Commercial, Merchandising and Business Development initiatives across fashion, beauty, and luxury segments. You will craft campaigns, analyze performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful executions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, 3-5 years in brand or category management, fluent Arabic and English, and a keen eye for data-driven insights and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Brand management or category management in beauty retail or FMCG.
• Fluent both in Arabic and English
• K-Beauty experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

What you'll be doing

As Senior Brand Associate you will, Manage and execute all Retail, Commercial, Merchandising and Business Development aspects. Develop strategies to ensure the customer experience in the contact center is consistent with overall company strategy and values, and drive initiatives that maintain this alignment. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing brand marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Support and influence brand retail partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations.

• Ensure brand consistency and excellence in execution across all trade partners

• Monitor brand performance in terms of Sales, stock on hand, innovation pipeline, and activation while liaising with Sales Team on brand organic and/or expansion opportunities.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing projects

• grow the brand by tapping into seasonality of retailers, or ensuring NPD pipeline is delivered on time.

• Business reviews with customers on quarterly basis ensuring that we are achieving agreed on targets and adjusting where it is needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Brand management or category management in beauty retail or FMCG.

• Fluent both in Arabic and English

• K-Beauty experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
