Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and energy-efficient design.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership experience in team projects or engineering initiatives.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems and components for construction projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet specifications and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to assess ongoing construction activities and provide technical guidance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and energy-efficient design.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering knowledge sharing.
