Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Saudi Arabia to lead mechanical design activities for HVAC, fire protection and plumbing across varied project sizes. The role emphasizes technical excellence, cross-functional collaboration and timely deliverables.

You will assist with proposals, participate in design reviews, and contribute to project planning, controls and reporting. The position requires coordination with internal teams and adherence to installation handover processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in all mechanical systems (HVAC, FF and Plumbing) for small, medium and large tasks.
• Assists in providing technical support for proposals and requests for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject-matter expert for mechanical design activities and issues.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and objectives are met.
• Participates in preparing design scope, budgets, requirements, schedules and RFQs.
• Attends project meetings and teleconferences; supports design reviews and approvals.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports as needed; supports process improvements across the discipline.
• Follows up on installation progress and ensures proper handover to construction teams.
