Job summary

FlexiRemote Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. You will plan, budget, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion while enforcing safety standards.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 5 years of project management experience, and proven leadership. Saudi experience and Indian nationals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Indian nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards
• Monitor progress of construction projects and implement necessary changes to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
• Prepare reports on project status and present updates to senior management as needed
