You will plan, supervise, coordinate with engineers and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, review drawings, ensure quality, and deliver projects safely on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management is required.
• Proven experience in managing buildings projects in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential and hotels contracts.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors.
• Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Overview

Your role
