Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing mechanical and structural construction in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven experience on large-scale EPC oil & gas projects, ideally in Saudi Arabia / GCC.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-discipline construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (piping, equipment erection) and structural steelwork.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.
