Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Yanbu seeks a seasoned Construction & Commissioning Engineer with 10+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects and mandatory Saudi Aramco experience. You will supervise construction, coordinate multi-discipline teams and drive pre-commissioning through handover. Preference for candidates from the Western region due to location.

Strong knowledge of commissioning, start-up, testing, and documentation is essential, with focus on safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline as specified.
• Minimum 10+ years of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial project experience.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities per project specs, Saudi Aramco standards, quality and HSE.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Vendors and Construction teams to meet objectives.
• Manage Mechanical Completion, Punch List closure, System Turnover and handover docs.
• Execute pre-commissioning activities: flushing, pressure testing, loop checking, testing.
• Lead commissioning and start-up for process, utility and support systems.
• Support troubleshooting, performance testing and final handover to Operations.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test records and project close-out documentation.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco Brownfield/Greenfield, Utilities, Tank Farms, Pipelines, Industrial Facilities is preferred.
