Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within warehouse/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations: consolidation, inventory, picking, packing, loading, dispatch.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and MS Office.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily consolidation operations to ensure efficient workflow and on-time dispatch.
• Lead and support Team Leaders and warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs and productivity targets.
• Monitor order accuracy, consolidation quality, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Plan workforce allocation based on operational priorities and daily volume.
• Coordinate with inbound, inventory, dispatch, and transportation teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across the consolidation area.
• Review and validate operational reports, shipment documentation, and system transactions.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize errors and delays.
