Job summary

Ninja in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Consolidation Supervisor to oversee daily consolidation operations in the warehouse. You will supervise team leaders and warehouse staff to ensure on-time dispatch and uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with inbound, inventory, dispatch, and transportation teams, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions to reduce errors. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including consolidation, inventory management, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leaders and warehouse staff to achieve operational KPIs and productivity targets.

• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across the consolidation area.
• Review and validate operational reports, shipment documentation, and system transactions.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize errors and delays.
• Support training, performance management, and employee development initiatives
