Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BUSINESS, FINANCE or related field.
• 1–2 years in compensation/benefits, HR ops or payroll.
• Practical SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Knowledge of salary structures, benefits, payroll and HR policies.
• Excel and HR reporting tools knowledge.
• Saudi labor law and GOSI familiarity preferred for Saudi Arabia roles.

Job Purpose

The Compensation & Benefits Officer is responsible for administering employee compensation, benefits, payroll-related activities, and HR data within the SAP system. The role ensures accurate salary administration, compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations, and the effective implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, HR operations, or payroll administration.
• Practical experience using SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Good knowledge of salary structures, employee benefits, payroll processes, and HR policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Knowledge of applicable labor regulations; Saudi labor law and GOSI requirements are preferred for roles based in Saudi Arabia.
