Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim in Riyadh is sourcing a Community Associate Manager for MAF Lifestyle’s Marketing & Communications. The role focuses on creating brand awareness and building loyalty through community activations with studios, ambassadors, and local athletes to reach new guests.

You will plan events, coordinate product seeding with stores, manage a tiered community calendar, and ensure brand-consistent materials while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business, Marketing or related subject (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or event management.
• Background in fitness industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with shopping centers, studios, ambassadors, and athletes to strengthen brand presence.
• Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and photoshoots to drive engagement.
• Coordinate with store teams and ambassadors for product seeding and brand representation.
• Act as brand guardian by managing community requests and keeping a calendar by tier.
• Oversee community initiatives and store opening activities within budget and brand standards.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of community and marketing initiatives, supporting sustainability efforts.
• Engage with local athletic communities and affiliated studios to strengthen brand presence and connections.
