Job summary

Flip retail is looking for a Commercial Executive in Saudi Arabia to organize information, records and reports for the Commercial division and maintain strong partnerships with distributors. You will follow shipments, verify orders, arrange forwarding, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with store teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Service Administration required.
1–3 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

Shipment follow-up with suppliers according to order ship date.
Obtain verification from providers after issue of Acquisition Order.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Select and nominate suitable forwarder and shipment mode (carrier/air/sea) as needed.
Follow-up with forwarders to ensure on-time delivery to port.
Obtain initial delivery documents from supplier or forwarder.
Prepare and manage required shipping documents for Airfreight and Sea-freight.
Maintain loading checklists and update policy changes with providers.
Ensure data accuracy before communicating with providers.
Coordinate with removal agents and store team.
