Panda Retail Company – Savola Group in Jeddah is seeking a Data & Commercial Performance Analyst to support performance improvement through data analysis and KPI reporting. You will help implement commercial excellence frameworks and coordinate across categories, operations, supply chain, and finance.

You will maintain data accuracy, develop insights, and propose actions to optimize commercial execution, enabling informed decision-making across the commercial function.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, MIS, Finance, Economics, Statistics, CS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, data analytics and/or performance reporting.
• Strong ability to work with Data Visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze commercial performance data across categories, channels, and initiatives to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of commercial excellence frameworks to ensure consistent execution across commercial teams.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; prepare regular performance reports highlighting progress, gaps, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement activities with Category Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders to support performance discussions.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting discipline across performance tools.
