Job summary

Qahwa is the operating system for modern coffee shops, uniting POS, inventory, accounting, and reporting for cafés. The Onboarding Specialist will work directly with coffee shop operators to ensure a smooth setup of the Qahwa platform, including installation, configuration, and training.

You will lead onboarding projects, run in-person and remote sessions, document progress, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers launch successfully and scale with confidence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in implementation and training of F&B Tech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Install, configure, and deploy Qahwa POS and related solutions.
• Conduct in-person and remote training sessions for customers and their teams.
• Guide customers through setup, best practices, and operational workflows.
• Ensure customers are fully prepared for a successful launch.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor during onboarding.
• Document customer requirements, implementation progress, and training outcomes.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions.
