Job summary

Qahwa is the operating system for modern coffee shops, uniting POS, inventory, accounting, and reporting for cafés. The Onboarding Specialist will work directly with coffee shop operators to ensure a smooth setup of the Qahwa platform, including installation, configuration, and training.

You will lead onboarding projects, run in-person and remote sessions, document progress, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers launch successfully and scale with confidence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in implementation and training of F&B Tech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist who is passionate about and enjoys working directly with coffee shop operators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This role is responsible for delivering, installing, configuring, training, and fully onboarding customers on the Qahwa platform.
