BD Diagnostic Systems in Jeddah seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Specimen Management portfolio. You will deliver demonstrations, training and clinical support to healthcare professionals while building strong relationships with hospitals and KOLs.

Ideal candidates have a scientific degree and 3–5 years in medical device sales with regulatory knowledge of Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with marketing, technical support and customer service to ensure compliant product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/medical field.
• 3–5 years in medical device sales with clinical exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and identify new opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training to healthcare professionals.
• Provide ongoing clinical support, including troubleshooting and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (KOLs, procurement, clinicians).
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, technical support, customer service) to enhance customer experience.
• Represent BD at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative documentation.
