Job summary

Sanabil Studio in Riyadh is seeking a highly proactive Customer Success & Sales Associate to support our Interior Design team throughout the sales journey.

This role builds client relationships, follows up after proposals, boosts conversion rates, and coordinates with designers, CX, and marketing to ensure an exceptional experience from first contact to signed project.

Ideal candidates have English and Arabic, a proven sales mindset with negotiation and upselling, and CRM/digital tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, cross-functional startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own customer follow-ups after proposals and negotiations.
• Be the primary contact for customers throughout the sales journey.
• Understand concerns, answer questions, and handle objections.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize project value.
• Join meetings with Interior Designers and occasionally lead customer meetings.
• Qualify new inbound leads when required.
• Coordinate with Design, CX, and Marketing for smooth handovers.
• Keep all customer interactions updated in the CRM.
• Meet sales and conversion targets while delivering an outstanding experience.
