Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the training sector.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored training solutions.
Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Drive client retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track account performance and recommend improvement plans.
Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.
  • Support the development of regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify sectors with growth potential and target key decision‑makers.
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of opportunities, contacts, and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and KPI progress reports.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, contracting, and tender submissions.
