Overview

We are looking for 5 passionate and dynamic Client Advisors to join our Riyadh team. Depending on the successful candidate, you may be placed in our new Kingdom Centre store opening in May, or our existing Al Faisaliah Mall store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering the iconic Burberry Experience, and inspiring the sales team to achieve excellence across all product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
  • Drive category performance and ensure full understanding of new collections
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences, acting as a role model for Burberry service standards
  • Manage customer flow on the sales floor to ensure every client receives attention and care
  • Provide real-time guidance and support to colleagues on the sales floor
  • Assist in developing and retaining talent through feedback and training support
  • Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance the customer experience and team performance
  • Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures, POS, and promotional activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end client service
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems and comfort with digital tools (including Apple devices)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex customer situations
  • Strong client focus, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Genuine passion for fashion and styling, with a keen interest in luxury products
