We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities and ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness. You will also manage a team of cleaners, providing training and guidance, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, including room cleaning, public areas, and other designated areas
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to established standards
• Train and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
