Job summary

Zeoof Group is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead on-site civil, structural and finishing works, coordinating between Site Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors while ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and SBC. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on management to deliver high-quality construction on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8-12 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in structural, civil, and finishing works.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• Strong ability to read, review, and coordinate structural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Familiarity with structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
• Strong site leadership, team management, and subcontractor management skills.
• Previous Saudi Arabia construction experience is preferred.
• Experience with Procore and/or Primavera P6 is an advantage.

Senior Site Civil Engineer - Construction Operations

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our Construction Operations Team and lead the execution of civil, structural, and finishing works on site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise day-to-day civil, structural, and finishing works on site.

Manage and coordinate Site Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, productivity, workmanship, and quality standards.

Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate closely with MEP, Technical Office, QA/QC, and Planning teams.

Identify and resolve site constraints, technical issues, and construction challenges.

Ensure proper coordination between disciplines and minimize rework and delays.

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and applicable codes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

8-12 years of relevant construction experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.

Strong hands-on experience in structural, civil, and finishing works.

Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

Strong ability to read, review, and coordinate structural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.

Familiarity with structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.

Strong site leadership, team management, and subcontractor management skills.
