Job summary

BEC Arabia invites an experienced QA/QC - Civil Team Leader to join our Riyadh-based construction team. You will drive quality assurance and control across commercial, residential mega-projects, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with SBC, ARAMCO standards, and client specs.

You will lead a team of quality professionals, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site crews to embed robust QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of SBC and ARAMCO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of QA/QC plans, procedures, and standards for civil projects.
• Monitor compliance with SBC, ARAMCO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues.
• Develop and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and QC checklists.
• Ensure alignment with LEED, Mostadam, and ISO 9001 for green projects.
• Train and mentor QA/QC team members.
• Collaborate with clients and inspectors to facilitate handovers and approvals.
• Analyze quality performance data and generate reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Support the implementation of BIM and other digital construction tools.
• Ensure Saudization (Nitaqat) and GOSI compliance.
