BEC Arabia in Makkah is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead on-site operations, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure quality and safety across projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years in construction with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, NEBOSH) and SBC.
• Experience managing multinational teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction management software.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) mandatory.
• Preferred Primavera P6 scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards, including OSHA, NEBOSH, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on-site operations.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting work progress and materials to meet project standards and specifications.
• Manage and resolve on-site issues, including technical challenges, labor disputes, and material shortages.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, equipment usage, and labor hours.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other regulatory requirements.
• Support project scheduling by providing input on timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
