Job summary

XAD Technologies in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Civil General Foreman to lead daily construction activities on KSA projects. You will supervise site teams, coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

The role demands 5–8 years of KSA civil construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors while maintaining quality, progress, and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Civil General Foreman in KSA required.
• KSA civil construction project experience is mandatory.
• Must supervise site teams and coordinate foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of concrete works, blockwork, plastering, excavation, foundations and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the site.
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks to site teams.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity against plans.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors and other departments.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools and equipment.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues to keep on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and schedules.
