Job summary

Madkour Group is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead civil construction activities for energy projects in Saudi Arabia, focusing on HV substations and overhead transmission lines (OHTL). You will ensure execution aligns with designs, schedules, quality standards and HSE requirements.

You will manage site teams, coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients, monitor progress, and drive plans to meet milestones while complying with Saudi regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil construction experience, energy/power transmission preferred.
• Proven experience in HV substations and OHTL projects.
• Experience leading site teams, subcontractors and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction activities for HV substation and OHTL projects.
• Oversee site preparation, foundations and concrete works.
• Develop and monitor construction plans, schedules and resources.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, regulations and HSE requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
