Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern architectures (microservices, APIs).
• Experience building highly automated platforms with minimal manual intervention.
• Data architecture, analytics, and AI-driven decisioning is a plus.
• Proven ability to scale systems and teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

The role requires deep expertise in financial technologies, digital lending/payment systems, and regulatory-compliant architectures, with a strong focus on automation, speed-to-market, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-availability fintech platforms (e.g., lending, payments, wallets)
• Oversee end-to-end architecture, including cloud infrastructure, APIs, and microservices
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA, PCI-DSS, data privacy)
• Drive automation and system optimization, enabling fast onboarding and near real-time transaction processing
• Lead and scale high-performing engineering, data, and IT teams
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and regulators
• Implement best practices in cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management

Key Requirements

Preferred Experience

• Experience in B2C fintech platforms, especially micro-lending or instant loan applications
• Background in delivering fast onboarding and disbursement journeys (e.g., loans within minutes)
