Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of technology leadership experience, with a fintech focus.
• Strong knowledge of fintech regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern architectures (microservices, APIs).
• Experience building highly automated platforms with minimal manual intervention.
• Data architecture, analytics, and AI-driven decisioning is a plus.
• Proven ability to scale systems and teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead scalable, secure fintech platforms (lending, payments, wallets).
• Oversee end-to-end architecture including cloud, APIs, and microservices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMA, PCI-DSS, and data privacy.
• Drive automation and system optimization for fast onboarding and near real-time processing.
• Direct engineering, data, and IT teams for high performance.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners and regulators.
• Apply best practices in cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI tracking.
