Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Head of Project Management & Design to lead project management, design operations and governance across multi-disciplinary engineering assignments. You will drive design delivery from concept through detailed design and tender documentation, ensuring schedules, budgets and client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering consultancy, project management, and design management.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership position overseeing design and project management functions.
• Strong experience in operations, project governance, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management design management and activities across multiple projects.
• Oversee architectural, structural, civil, infrastructure and MEP design development.
• Manage projects from concept design through detailed design and tender documentation.
• Establish project management procedures reporting systems KPIs and governance standards.
• Monitor project schedules budgets resources risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective design integration.
• Manage client relationships and resolve project-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with design standards building codes quality requirements and contractual obligations.
• Lead and develop Project Managers Design Managers and technical teams.
• Oversee project performance and implement improvements to ensure successful delivery.
