The successful candidate will lead the finance team, ensuring timely financial reporting, managing budgets, and enhancing workflows. This role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and significant managerial experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial experience leading a finance team.
• Proven experience in organizational change management or restructuring.
• Currently working in KSA with a transferable Iqama.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading KSA-based manufacturing group during a period of change and growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance / CFO to provide leadership and direction for the accounting function.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
2. Group consolidations.
3. Manage budget, forecasting activities, and cash flow.
4. Develop and implement new procedures to enhance departmental workflow.
5. Manage bank relationships.
6. Provide training to staff as needed.
7. Support the CEO with special projects and workflow improvements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting/Finance) and a minimum of 5 years managerial experience leading a finance team. Proven experience in organizational change management or restructuring is essential.

You must currently work in KSA and possess a transferable Iqama for this role.
