Job summary

Alfanar is seeking a Section Manager for the Production LAB & GPS within EXA Ceramics in Riyadh. You will lead the Production Laboratory and glaze preparation, ensuring material testing, formulation control, and process optimization to meet quality targets and production plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Ceramic Engineering or any relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of work experience in ceramics or related manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Management: supervise lab activities, analyze raw materials, ensure calibration and testing protocols.
• Glaze Preparation Management: oversee glaze formulation, mixing, application, and documentation of recipes.
• Production Monitoring: track shade variation, approve product changes, communicate specs to departments.
• Technology & Process Improvement: analyze data, support trials, drive process optimization and inventory control.
• Reporting & Documentation: generate KPIs, maintain test records, contribute to quality audits.
