Job summary

noon is seeking a results-driven Category Manager in Saudi Arabia to build and drive the performance of our category within the Noon marketplace. You will foster and manage relationships with key partners, push end-to-end category growth, and optimize pricing to win on value across the category.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the ecommerce industry preferred, not mandatory.
• Experience in the on-demand services industry is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners.
• Responsible for end-to-end selection & category growth.
• Drive price competitiveness — secure the right buying price to win on value across the category.
• Onboard new partners onto the noon ecosystem, expanding their presence across noon's marketplace and services.
• Own the opportunity to build and shape the category from the ground up.
• Manage inventory and content health.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience through strong merchandising, content, and knowledge of the customer journey for the category.
• Actively track commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximize seller performance and efficiency.
• Competitive analysis and benchmarking.
• Weekly reporting and key updates to management on seller statuses.
• Become the main stakeholder in the performance of a portfolio of stores.
• Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor store performance.
