• Support sales through product recommendations and promotions of daily specials.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cashier station and related equipment in clean, organized condition.
• Safeguard funds and payment data while complying with policies and hygiene/HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve transaction issues and report operational concerns.
