Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling or banking.
• Strong verbal communication and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to influence and retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing cardholders.
• Engage newly issued cardholders to encourage activation.
• Educate customers on card benefits, features and offers.
• Drive early card usage and first transactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend card features and offers.
• Contact inactive or low-usage cardholders to boost engagement.
• Escalate complaints to relevant departments when required.
• Maintain records of calls and campaign outcomes.
• Achieve call volume, activation, usage and retention targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Cards teams.
