Pentabell is seeking a skilled Digital & Strategy Consultant for a client in the banking sector. The role focuses on supporting digital transformation, business strategy, customer journeys, and experience design across digital channels.

The candidate will interact with senior stakeholders, conduct structured analyses, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve customer experiences and drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's or Master's).
• 5–8 years of consulting experience, preferably Big4 or Tier 2.
• Advanced Excel for analysis, modeling, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong presentation skills for executive materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with high quality and consistency.
• Independent, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital & Strategy team in delivering digital transformation and business strategy engagements.
• Conduct structured analysis of business challenges, customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
• Assess and redesign customer journeys across products, services, and digital channels.
• Contribute to experience-design initiatives by identifying pain points, improvement opportunities, and target-state experiences.
• Develop clear strategic recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
