The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of product management experience in a large, mature card issuing business, with a proven ability to launch and optimize card programs. You will work with card schemes, processors, vendors and internal delivery teams to monitor performance and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management experience in card issuing or payments.
• Experience launching and optimizing card programs in a mature environment.
• Understanding of card propositions, pricing, features and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Managing premium card products and related value propositions.
• Developing pricing, features and benefits aligned with customer value.
• Collaborating with card schemes, processors, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitoring performance, portfolio growth, activation, usage, attrition and revenue.
• Supporting launches, campaigns and customer communications.
