Syarah is expanding its automotive services in Saudi Arabia and seeks ambitious professionals to lead technical teams. The role focuses on diagnosing vehicle defects, road testing, and supervising technicians. Candidates should bring hands-on auto industry experience and proven leadership capabilities.

Role requires 5+ years in automotive fields, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, and strong leadership skills. A diploma or BA in auto mechanics or related field is preferred.

Formación

• BA or diploma in auto mechanic or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive industry; at least 2 years as team leader/supervisor.
• Experience leading technicians for at least 2 years.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Hands-on technical experience in automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Uses diagnostic equipment as an aid in locating vehicle defects.

Education & Skills:

• BA or diploma in auto mechanic or any related field
• 5+ year experience in automotive industry/ 2 years minimum as a team leader/supervisor
