Job summary

Waad Academy Schools is seeking an Activities Coordinator in Jeddah to plan and implement extracurricular and co-curricular activities that foster students’ development. The role requires coordinating events, clubs, and enrichment programs while aligning with the curriculum and school values.

The coordinator will manage schedules, resources, and logistics, engage with families and the community, and ensure activities adhere to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with students, families, colleagues, and community partners.
• Candidates should possess Training and program facilitation skills to design, deliver, and support workshops, clubs, and student development activities.
• Candidates should possess event organization skills to support school initiatives, projects, and special programs.
• Relevant experience in education, youth programs, or school activities coordination is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for planning, communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement extracurricular and co-curricular activities that support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Coordinate school events, clubs, and enrichment programs; collaborate with teachers and school leadership to align activities with the curriculum and school values.
• Manage activity schedules, resources, and logistics, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
• Engage with families and the wider community to promote participation and involvement.
• Provide regular reporting on activity outcomes and support continuous program improvement.
