Job summary

Lucidya in Riyadh is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support customer campaigns, activations, and growth initiatives. You will help plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, community sessions, and other activations, coordinating logistics and attendee materials.

Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to develop campaign messaging, email communications, and event invitations, and contribute to SEO and content research to strengthen organic programs.

• Ability to coordinate virtual and in-person events.
• Collaborative mindset with Growth and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, and growth activations.
• Help set up and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including webinars, community events, customer sessions, and other activations.
• Assist with event logistics, communications, attendee materials, run-of-show documents, and follow-up activities.
• Help develop campaign messaging, email communications, event invitations, and supporting creative assets in collaboration with the Growth and Marketing teams.
• Support organic growth activities across SEO and AEO, helping with keyword and content research, on-page optimization, and ongoing best practices research to support the wider organic program.
• Conduct research on relevant event, partnership, community, and campaign opportunities, and organize learnings and feedback after activations.
