Job summary

Aon Middle East seeks a Growth Marketing Executive to drive the firm's expansion in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. You will develop and execute targeted marketing and communications initiatives, with a strong emphasis on on‑ground activations, events, sponsorships and media engagement.

Working with regional and global Marketing & Communications teams, you will deliver integrated campaigns, manage budgets, track performance and tailor content to local buyers and industry verticals in KSA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional B2B marketing and/or marketing communications experience.
• Proven experience delivering on-ground marketing activations in the Middle East, KSA preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between Middle East business/commercial leaders in KSA and the Marketing and Communications function in developing and executing local marketing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate media relations activity in KSA, including briefing materials and media outreach.
• Design, plan and deliver on-ground marketing activations (events, sponsorships, client experiences).
• Partner with Events & Partnerships CoE to deliver end-to-end events.
• Localize campaigns for the Saudi market and develop assets for KSA.
